Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Finance Systems & Automation Lead to own and scale the technology behind our Finance function in Barcelona. You will work across Finance, Data and Engineering to turn business needs into smarter systems, automated workflows and reliable integrations.

You’ll own ERP and finance systems with NetSuite at the core, automate O2C, P2P and R2R processes, and lead projects from idea to implementation while shaping the overall systems architecture for a growing company.

Formación

• 4+ years in Finance Systems, ERP, or Finance Transformation.
• Strong experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP.
• Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs and automation.
• Comfortable with SQL; Python or SuiteScript is a plus.
• Strong project ownership and stakeholder management.

We're looking for a Finance Systems & Automation Lead to own and scale the technology behind our Finance function.

You’ll work across Finance, Data and Engineering, turning business needs into smarter systems, automated workflows and reliable integrations. You’ll have real ownership of the roadmap and the freedom to improve how things work.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve our ERP and finance systems, with a strong focus on NetSuite.
• Automate core finance processes across O2C, P2P and R2R.
• Design and manage integrations between the ERP, internal tools and data platforms.
• Turn finance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead finance systems projects from idea to implementation.
• Improve the quality, accessibility and reliability of financial data.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies, balancing build vs. buy decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Data and Engineering to improve the overall systems architecture.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years in Finance Systems, ERP, Business Applications or Finance Transformation.
• Strong experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP.
• Good understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs and automation.
• Comfortable with SQL and financial data.
• Experience with Python, SuiteScript or similar is a plus.
• Strong project ownership and stakeholder management skills.
• Someone who enjoys solving messy problems and turning them into simple, scalable solutions.
• Experience with iPaaS, dbt, BI tools, SaaS environments or scaling finance systems internationally.

This is not a traditional ERP administration role.
