Auctane in Madrid is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain complex software components aligned with business needs. You will own feature implementation and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to architecture discussions, and work on cloud-based microservices and APIs with a strong emphasis on quality and performance. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Experience designing and developing advanced software systems.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, algorithms, and data structures.
• Continuous focus on software architecture design and product development.
• Strong focus on task automation to save time and effort.
• Ability to balance delivering high-quality software within tight deadlines.
• Multiple languages: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript; Java in addition is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to system architecture discussions and develop software components aligned with requirements.
• Create high-quality, maintainable code following company standards.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and optimization for performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based APIs, microservices, and integrations within a team.
• Support junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate to refine task prioritization and align with project goals.
• Communicate progress and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates and help in technical interviews.
