Auctane in Madrid is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and elevate the team's operations, defining workflows and implementing improvements across people management tools and processes.

As a trusted technical authority, you will guide architecture, ensure delivery of features, mentor developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet ambitious goals in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Experience designing, building, and deploying AWS-based solutions with high quality.
• Experience delivering low-latency, high-throughput API systems using DDD principles.
• Proven multi-language software delivery with Agile/Lean/DevOps.
• Writing automated tests (unit/integration), CI/CD and cloud infra automation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a multi-member engineering team.
• Deliver products in line with action plans.
• Maintain code quality through production.
• Define service features and components for the team.
• Mentor and develop team members.
