Voodoo, a leading mobile games publisher, invites a dedicated Game Designer to join our Live Studios and elevate Paper Party modes for Paper.io 2. You will craft new multiplayer experiences, refine existing modes, and shape one-finger controls, balancing accessibility with high replayability.

The role requires hands-on prototyping, testing, and iteration, working closely with the Paper.io 2 team to bring concepts to life in Unity while delivering clear documentation and responsive iterations.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in mobile F2P games.
• Experience shipping player-facing content, ideally in mobile games.
• Strong understanding of multiplayer and competitive gameplay.
• Good sense of pacing, clarity and player motivation.
• A pragmatic and iterative approach: prototype, test, cut and retry.

Responsabilidades

• Design and prototype new gameplay modes.
• Improve existing Paper Party modes.
• Define simple, readable rules for one-finger controls.
• Iterate quickly through testing, feedback and playtests.
• Balance accessibility, competition, pacing and replayability.
• Identify weak ideas early and confidently cut or reshape them.
• Work closely with the Paper.io 2 team to turn concepts into playable experiences.
• Document your designs clearly.
• Fine-tune modes directly in Unity whenever possible.
