Camping TV in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to blend design and animation and lead a small post/motion team. This full-time on-site role is based in Barcelona and offers career growth as you craft product videos and multi-channel content with a fast-paced agency vibe.

You will transform scripts into visuals, mentor teammates, and collaborate with writers, art directors and producers to elevate the creative bar while delivering high-quality assets on time.

Formación

• 7+ years of proven experience in motion design at a senior level with a showreel.
• Strong background in creating content for marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Expertise in After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, Premiere and DaVinci.
• Excellent sense for rhythm, timing and syncing visuals with music.
• Professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Autonomous, solution-oriented and capable of leading a small team.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Senior Motion Designer who can combine strong design and animation skills with leadership, helping raise the bar for a few people on our post/motion team while we scale smartly and stay efficient without losing our creative soul.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Motion Designer who blends strong design and animation skills, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is ready to step into a leadership role. You'll transform scripts into stunning visuals, create and animate engaging marketing materials, and deliver assets that shine across multiple channels, while also helping raise the level of a few people on our post/motion team through feedback, mentoring, and setting the creative bar. Collaborating closely with our Writer, Art Director, and Producers, you'll ensure every piece captures our clients' brand essence while embracing a touch of creative flair. This is a full-time position based in Barcelona.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and animate visually appealing, on-brand product videos, motion graphics, and animations.
• Translate scripts into stunning visuals that communicate ideas clearly and creatively.
• Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to elevate the creative production process.
• Adapt brand guidelines into visuals for video, maintaining consistency and adhering to style guides.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Writer, Senior Designer, and Post Producer to produce multi-channel content.
• Deliver storyboards, campaign look & feel visuals, and polished final assets on time and on brand.
• Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail to ensure top-notch motion design outputs.
• Work autonomously to design, edit, animate and manage sound of all deliveries efficiently.
• Lead and mentor a few members of the post/motion team, giving feedback on craft, unblocking their work, and raising the overall quality bar.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of proven experience in motion design at a senior level, showcasing a showreel of your best work that includes product video creation and shows you can combine strong graphic design with animation
• Strong background in creating content for marketing campaigns (e.g., paid promo videos, display banners, social media videos) across multiple platforms
• Expertise in After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, Premiere, and DaVinci
• Knowledge of video trends, emerging technologies, and technical innovations in the design world
• A solid understanding of syncing visuals with music, including timing, beats, and rhythm
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written); Spanish is a plus
• Self-directed, solution-oriented, and capable of working autonomously from day one
• Experience giving feedback, mentoring, or informally leading other designers or animators, and genuine interest in growing into more of a leadership role within the team.

The Perfect Fit Will Also Have Expertise in creating high-impact product videos for B2B tech brands. Passion for transforming ideas into visually striking motion graphics. Experience with multi-channel campaigns. A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a dynamic agency.

Must-haves

• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills across digital formats
• Based in or willing to work with Barcelona timezone
• Availability to start in February 2026

Working model

As of 2025, our full-time team will be adopting a 4-day workweek with most Fridays off. Most of us work remotely and gather at our Barcelona office 1-2 days a week to collaborate and connect. For this role, you will need to be present more often especially during the initial training period. Working hours are flexible – we trust you to manage your schedule around project needs and team commitments.
