Dragons Group in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Video Editor & Motion Creative who cares deeply about craft, storytelling and creative excellence. This senior, editor-first role requires rhythm, emotion, pacing and visual storytelling across campaigns, TVC, social and branded content.

• 7+ years of experience in video editing and motion design.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
• Exceptional editing craft and storytelling instincts.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Video Editor & Motion Creative who cares deeply about craft, storytelling and creative excellence.

This is a senior, editor-first role for someone who sees editing as more than assembling footage. Someone who understands rhythm, emotion, pacing and visual storytelling, and approaches every project with the same level of care, whether it's a global campaign film, a TVC, a social post or a piece of branded content.

You'll be a key creative partner to Postproduction managers, Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers and Copywriters, helping shape ideas from concept through final delivery. Beyond exceptional editing skills, you'll bring strong visual taste, a keen understanding of motion and design, curiosity around emerging technologies and a relentless drive to make the work better.

What you'll do

• Lead the editing of campaign, social, digital and branded content projects.
• Craft compelling narratives and visual stories across a wide range of formats and platforms.
• Elevate work through thoughtful motion graphics, animation and visual treatments.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams from ideation through execution.
• Bring references, editing techniques, creators, visual inspiration and emerging formats into the creative process.
• Help shape creative territories, moodboards and presentation materials.
• Actively embrace new technologies, AI workflows and evolving creative tools, identifying opportunities to push creative quality and production capabilities forward.
• Collaborate closely with 3D artists to integrate motion, CGI and visual storytelling into compelling, platform-ready content.
• Champion high creative standards and attention to detail throughout the production process.

We're looking for someone who

• Has 7+ years of experience in video editing, with strong motion design capabilities.
• Is highly proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Has experience working across beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
• Demonstrates exceptional editing craft, storytelling instincts and visual judgment.
• Has a refined sense of taste and understands how to create work that feels contemporary, premium and culturally relevant.
• Is curious about new technologies, AI tools and evolving creative workflows.
• Is highly collaborative and comfortable contributing creative thinking throughout the development process.

Languages

• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Any other languages are a plus.
