Glovo seeks a QA Automation Engineer in Barcelona to unite a fast‑paced culture with the Delivery Hero Group’s scale. You will drive quality across cross‑functional teams, automate critical flows, and craft robust test strategies while collaborating with developers, data experts, and product managers.

Ideal candidates have strong Android testing, automation skills, and English proficiency, with a passion for observability and documentation. Hybrid work options available.

Formación

• 3+ years in QA with strong testing discipline.
• 2+ years Android app testing experience.
• 2+ years of test automation (Appium, RestAssured, Cucumber).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and Playwright.
• Solid OOP skills (Java/Kotlin).
• Experience with test strategy, case creation and documentation.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly in writing.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate for quality across the team.
• Contribute to and execute the quality strategy.
• Automate critical end-to-end flows and assist test automation.
• Investigate troubleshooting requests from global/local teams.
• Monitor quality metrics, logs and alerts; suggest observability improvements.
• Perform exploratory testing and validation.
• Document test scenarios to ensure coverage.
• Enhance automation tools.
• Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, data experts, and product managers.
