Job summary

Aristocrat Technologies, in partnership with Product Madness, is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to design and deploy production ML systems that enhance mobile gaming experiences. You will work on personalization, recommendations, and decision support, leveraging LLMs and RAG to power internal tooling.

The role emphasizes robust software engineering, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming, software engineering practices, and testing.
• Hands-on ML experience with supervised learning, evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, tool-calling, and agentic workflows.
• Solid data engineering skills and data preprocessing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and ML lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop production ML solutions: train, evaluate, and optimize models for prediction and personalization.
• Build AI applications: integrate LLMs, RAG, and agents into internal tools.
• Translate ML requirements into robust software components and APIs.
• Analyze model quality, identify failure modes, and ensure robustness and safety.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, MLOps, and Data Engineers on data-driven solutions.
• Improve performance: reduce latency and optimize resource usage.
• Write clean, testable Python code with automated tests and documentation.
