AXA in Madrid is seeking a Microsoft 365 Exchange & Collaboration Expert to maintain and enhance the global M365 platform across AXA entities worldwide. This role focuses on platform maintenance, updates, and ensuring optimal performance of Exchange Online and collaboration services.

You will implement security and compliance controls, manage hybrid provisioning, and work with Architecture, Cyber Defense, and Group Security to protect assets.

Formación

• Experience with large Microsoft 365 tenants (50k+ users) across multi-country deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, M365 Collaboration tools, and security/compliance features.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve the global M365 platform (Exchange Online & Collaboration).
• Ensure security, compliance, and high availability; implement countermeasures as needed.
• Provide 3rd/4th line support and liaise with vendors/AXA entities for problem resolution.
