• 5+ years of hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
• Solid understanding of M365 licensing models and integrated app management.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.

• Manage and maintain all aspects of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Develop and maintain documentation and specifications.
• Provide 3rd/4th level support and liaise with vendors.
