Pineda Consultants Group seeks a Senior MEP Engineer to join its Barcelona team, responsible for the design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and for coordinating with project disciplines. You will develop basic and detailed designs, supervise construction activities and prepare as-built documentation, while collaborating with contractors and suppliers in BIM environments.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required along with extensive MEP installation experience.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in MEP installation projects.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and high level of English.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks independently.

Responsabilidades

• Design and calculate MEP systems in coordination with all project disciplines.
• Prepare technical and economic feasibility studies for alternative engineering solutions.

Senior MEP Engineer

Pineda Consultants Group is an international architecture, engineering and project management consultancy. We lead projects in the industrial, logistics and residential sectors, mainly in Spain, France, Belgium, Germany and Italy.

We are looking for an engineer with initiative and proactivity to join our MEP Engineering team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for the design of MEP systems and will participate in the different phases of the project development, working closely with professionals from various disciplines in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Main responsibilities

• Design and calculate mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, in coordination with all project disciplines.

Profile and requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in MEP installation projects.
• General knowledge of installation design criteria and MEP engineering principles.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks independently.
• Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in Spanish and high level of English.
