A leading technology firm in Madrid is seeking a Senior Memory Design Engineer to design and develop memory subsystem solutions for their semiconductor portfolio. You will collaborate with a skilled team to create high-performance memory systems. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience in memory design and proficiency in RTL design using Verilog or VHDL. A Master or PhD is preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of industrial experience in memory design.
• Proven experience in memory controller design or integration.
• Proficiency in RTL design using Verilog or VHDL.

Responsabilidades

• Work within the Memory Design Team to create efficient memory subsystems.
• Collaborate with engineers for high-performance design solutions.

Conocimientos

RTL design using Verilog or VHDL

Scripting languages (Python, Perl, Bash, TCL)

Memory controller design and integration

Basic block level testing

Revision control tools (git, svn)

Educación

Master or PhD
