IQVIA seeks a Medical Director for its Hematology-Oncology Center of Excellence. The role provides strategic medical input across the research lifecycle, supports proposals, and participates in client meetings and thought leadership activities.

Leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential. Ideal candidates are oncologists with board certification, several years of pharma/biotech R&D experience, and strong English communication.

Formación

• MD Oncology with board certification and hematology exposure.
• Minimum 5–7 years relevant experience in biopharma or CRO settings.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific and clinical input for proposals and PMs.
• Lead early engagement, bid defense support and client meetings.
• Guide clinical development plans and study design input.
• Mentor project teams to align execution with medical strategy.
• Collaborate with BD, Operations and other medical leads.
