Job summary

Pharmanovia in Barcelona is seeking a scientifically credible Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Oncology to support our Medical Affairs presence across Spain and Portugal. Based preferably in Barcelona, you will cover Spain East with regular travel to Portugal, engaging with oncology specialists and healthcare professionals, translating global strategy into local execution.

Qualifications

Advanced scientific or clinical qualification in a life‑sciences field.
Typically at least two years of MSL or comparable Medical Affairs experience.
Direct oncology experience with field-based scientific engagement.
Fluent Spanish and English with excellent scientific communication.
Ability to plan, travel regularly and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

Develop peer-to-peer relationships with oncology specialists and other healthcare professionals.
Deliver high-quality, non-promotional scientific exchange and respond to inquiries.
Translate global strategy into local execution and deliver a focused territory plan.
Support pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities, including access readiness.
Identify evidence gaps, generate actionable insights and inform medical strategy.
Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs, Market Access/HEOR and cross‑functional teams.
