Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Senior Media Sales Manager to expand our agency and direct client partnerships. You will drive revenue and lead pitches, collaborating across teams to elevate Fever's brand in a hybrid Madrid setting.

You will build long-term relationships, hit quarterly goals, and craft winning campaign pitches with a data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in publisher sales, experience sales, or a brand partnerships role.
• Strong ability to think creatively and make data-driven sales decisions.
• Proven track record building direct client and agency contacts (e.g., Publicis, Mindshare, Havas).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for proposals and meetings.
• Entrepreneurial can-do attitude and comfortable in ambiguity.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and build long-term relationships with key agency and direct clients.
• Drive revenue growth by hitting and exceeding quarterly sales goals.
• Coordinate internal resources to build compelling campaign pitches.
• Manage client briefs from initial consultation to delivery of campaign work.
• Attend and lead high-value client pitches and organise client entertainment initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimise the Brand Partnerships offering.
• Identify emerging trends to articulate strategic opportunities to clients.
