Neotalent seeks a Senior Engineer to lead mechanical development of ruggedized electronics in Valencia. You will head the local engineering team and coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless integration of control units, power, and computing modules.

Requirements include 5+ years in electronics packaging, SolidWorks (thermal/structural) expertise, and fluent English for cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of mechanical design experience for electronics packaging.
• Experience leading technical teams or managing work packages.
• Expertise in SolidWorks and thermal/structural analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead local engineering team and coordinate tasks.
• Interface with Thailand-based team for system integration.
• Manage System BOM accuracy and traceability.
• Translate customer requirements into mechanical specs (thermal, structural).
• Ensure MIL-STD-810 compliance in design decisions.
