A leading automation solutions provider in Spain is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for their R&D Center. You will design and develop customized mechanical solutions for fruit and vegetable sorting and processing systems. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in mechanical design. Strong CAD software proficiency and teamwork skills are essential. Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in customized automation equipment.
• Experience in food processing, agricultural equipment, or packaging machinery is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or participate in the mechanical design of non-standard automated systems.
• Develop innovative mechanical structures to meet project requirements.
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with electrical and control engineers for seamless integration.
• Conduct design verification and feasibility analysis.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing and on-site commissioning.
• Manage design documentation and technical standards.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in mechanical design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)

Strong knowledge of mechanical principles

Motion systems expertise

Experience in food processing or packaging machinery

Good command of English

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail

Educación

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
