Senior Marketing Manager – Confidential Search | Based in Barcelona

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for a growing international organization in the life sciences and professional services sector.

This role combines strategic planning, creative execution, and analytical insight to drive brand growth and business impact.

You’ll oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies across digital, event, and brand channels, managing two team members and reporting to a senior executive within the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management — from concept to delivery — across digital and offline channels.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform brand strategy and messaging.
  • Manage and mentor a marketing team member, fostering innovation and accountability.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across commercial, technical, and executive areas.
  • Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing within life sciences, pharma, or professional services, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven success in strategic marketing and multichannel campaign management (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Experience in team management and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, analytics).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, additional languages a plus.
Preferred
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
