Job summary

Stark Future SL in Spain is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to own and improve automated and manual production processes for battery and vehicle manufacture. You will validate and optimize laser welding, insertion, fastening and assembly operations, ensuring safety, repeatability and readiness for series production.

You will work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance and R&D to drive process capability, FPY, scrap reduction and cost targets in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Welding, Materials, Mechatronics or related field.
• Hands-on experience in industrial production environments.
• Experience with automated manufacturing and laser welding is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own automated and manual manufacturing processes in series production.
• Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, validation and ramp-up activities.
• Define process parameters, control limits and inspection plans.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Maintenance and suppliers to ensure targets.
