Stark Future SL in Barcelona seeks an expert in joining processes to drive the development of next‑generation electric motorcycles, batteries and related products. You will own the full joining workflow from prototypes to series production, including process qualification, validation and testing, plus training inline quality systems and defining welding material and geometry requirements.

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent is required.
• Extensive experience in joining technologies, bonding and laser welding.
• Experience teaching automated welding machines with various materials and geometries.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills; fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of joining technologies (bonding, laser welding).
• Install and optimize bonding/laser welding processes.
• Create robust process windows for series production.
• Train inline quality measurement systems for process control.
• Set requirements for parts, tools and materials.
• Define specifications for machines, tools and facilities.
• Ensure targets meet quality and cost expectations.
• Prototype, test and deliver production welding processes and validation.
• Review and approve documentation (drawings, schematics, procedures).
• Support validation of overall systems and transition to manufacturing.
