Job summary

Stark Future SL is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to own automated and manual production processes for battery and vehicle manufacturing. You will validate, optimize and support ramp-up, with hands-on responsibility across laser welding, insertion and assembly lines.

The role requires strong experience in process qualification, DOE/CPK, and cross‑functional collaboration with Production, Quality and R&D. Excellent English and a practical, hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Welding, Materials, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer in an industrial setting.
• Strong experience with automated manufacturing and assembly equipment.
• Experience with laser welding systems is highly desirable and key for the role.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical process owner for automated and manual manufacturing processes in series production.
• Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, process validation and ramp-up activities.
• Define equipment acceptance criteria and verify process, quality, safety, cycle-time requirements.
• Develop and maintain robust process parameters and process windows for critical operations.
• Plan and execute process qualification and validation including DOE, capability studies, SPC and MSA.
• Define critical process parameters, control limits and reaction plans.
• Monitor production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Define inline monitoring and automated quality-control systems and correlate with product quality.
• Train Production, Maintenance and Quality teams on process controls and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with R&D to improve manufacturability and transition to series production.
