Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of technical principles to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Identify opportunities to optimize/improve processes using LEAN/Six Sigma and engineering methods.
• Develop complex experiments and tests to qualify and validate manufacturing processes; analyze results and report findings
• Analyze and resolve complex Manufacturing and Compliance issues (CAPA, non-conformances)
• Develop training and documentation materials for production to enable knowledge transfer
• Lead and establish project plans to meet customer expectations using PM tools
• Oversee manufacturing support tasks; train technicians and coordinate work
