RECREWIT in Spain's Madrid region is seeking a Senior Composite Manufacturing Engineer to help build a new advanced composites workshop from scratch. You will shape how the facility operates, industrialise processes for high-performance applications, and lead tooling and mould development.

You'll stay close to production, solve manufacturing challenges, and drive continuous improvement while influencing day-to-day operations.

And then some'd rather stop those problems from existing in the first place. The only thing is, opportunities like this don't come around very often.

If you've ever walked into a composites workshop and thought, "I wouldn't have set this up like this," this role was made for you.

I'm working with a company specialising in composite engineering that develops projects for supercars, hypercars and other high-performance applications.

As part of its growth, they're building their own advanced composites workshop from scratch and are looking to bring in a Senior Composite Manufacturing Engineer.

You won't be joining a facility where everything has already been defined.

You'll be one of the people responsible for designing how it will operate. You'll be involved in setting up the workshop, industrialising manufacturing processes, developing tooling and moulds, solving production challenges and driving continuous process improvement.

We're looking for someone with a solid background in composite manufacturing, tooling experience and a practical mindset. Someone who enjoys staying close to production and wants to leave their mark on how things are done.
