In this role, you will develop and optimise processes for lightweight, high-performance components. Responsibilities include supporting timely component delivery, generating engineering solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience. The position offers flexible arrangements and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Some knowledge of composite components and their production techniques.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas to support customers when required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the lead manufacturing engineer in timely delivery of components.
• Generate practical solutions to engineering and production challenges.
• Produce documentation for technical specifications and production processes.

Conocimientos

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Enjoy working hands-on with a proactive attitude

Educación

Degree or master's in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field

Herramientas

Knowledge of finishing processes including machining, curing, fastening and surface preparation
