Airbus Cádiz site is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer specialized in composites to lead design-for-manufacturing activities and drive industrialization for new product initiatives. You will define build processes, support PFMEA, and coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain and Maintenance to ensure robust, safe shop-floor execution.

The role requires deep composite manufacturing knowledge, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to deliver performance

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years in Composite Manufacturing Engineering and R&T activities.
• Strong knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Deep knowledge of the industrial infrastructure for composite manufacturing.
• Autonomous CATIA user with GSD and Composite Design modules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Collaborative Design for Manufacturing (Co-Design/Co-Industrialization) activities.
• Contribute across all design phases to ensure industrial requirements are integrated.
• Drive industrial requirements towards Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Define and design the Detailed Build Process for Manufacturing Engineering.
• Support PFMEA/FMEA and process capability activities.
• Organize data for Supply Chain, including parts, stock and MRP impacts.
• Interface with Maintenance for operational needs and site routines.
• Support plant-wide continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.
