X4 Life Sciences busca Senior MES Consultant para Barcelona. En un entorno GMP, liderarás proyectos MES, evolucionando sistemas y impulsando la transformación digital en manufactura.

Trabajarás con Siemens Opcenter, Werum PAS-X y MES XFP, parametrizando mejoras, desarrollando instrucciones de proceso y gestionando pruebas e implementación. Colaborarás con usuarios finales y equipos técnicos para cumplir requisitos.

Formación

• MES experienced within pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience with Siemens Opcenter, Werum/PAS-X, MES XFP or similar platforms
• Experience across MES configuration, testing, validation and support
• Strong GMP-regulated environment understanding
• Experience delivering MES projects or process improvements

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating and delivering MES projects and system evolutions
• Parameterising and implementing MES enhancements and standard evolutions
• Developing and optimising MES process instructions and workflows
• Managing unit and integration testing, supporting UAT and deployments
• Investigating and resolving MES incidents and technical issues
• Gathering requirements from end users and business stakeholders
• Producing project documentation and specifications
• Integrating MES with automation and enterprise systems

I’m currently supporting a global pharmaceutical organisation that is expanding its internal MES team in Barcelona and looking to hire Senior MES professionals.

This is an opportunity to join an established pharmaceutical environment and contribute to MES projects, system evolution, digital transformation and manufacturing process optimisation.

What will you be working on?

• Coordinating and delivering MES projects and system evolutions
• Working with Siemens Opcenter, Werum MES / PAS-X and MES XFP
• Parameterising and implementing MES enhancements and standard evolutions
• Developing and optimising process instructions within MES, including manufacturing and packaging workflows
• Managing unit and integration testing, supporting UAT and successful deployments
• Investigating and resolving complex MES incidents and technical issues
• Managing incidents, evolution requests and backlogs through platforms such as ServiceNow
• Working closely with end users and business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Participating in workshops focused on process improvement and digital transformation
• Producing functional/technical specifications and project documentation
• Supporting the integration of MES with automation, manufacturing and enterprise systems
• Working within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment

What we're looking for

We're particularly interested in professionals with:

• Strong MES experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience with Siemens Opcenter, Werum/PAS-X, MES XFP or similar platforms
• Experience xkdbapo across MES configuration, implementation, testing, validation and support
• Strong understanding of GMP-regulated environments
• Experience working with manufacturing/business users as well as technical teams
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering MES projects, system enhancements or continuous improvement initiatives
