Edwards Lifesciences, a global leader in structural heart innovation, seeks an experienced people leader to run Professional Education programs for internal and healthcare professional training across the enterprise. This role shapes training strategy, drives certification efficiency, and scales education with high standards of quality, patient safety, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven people leadership experience with high-performing teams.
• Experience within the Medical Device or healthcare industry.
• Professional Education, Training, Learning & Development, or related experience.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across functions.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (50%+).
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Professional Education professionals.
• Oversee internal and healthcare professional training programs, including certification.
• Improve certification speed, operational efficiency, and leadership visibility through reporting.
• Lead clinical curricula covering device, procedural, and imaging education.
• Champion digital enablement and technology-enabled learning solutions.
• Drive data-driven decision making and process optimization.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams on training initiatives and knowledge transfer.
• Establish meaningful metrics and reporting processes for training impact.
• Identify risks and ensure successful delivery of key training deliverables.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.
• Perform incidental duties as assigned.
