• Identify and analyse inefficiencies across Customer Care and Support.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects end-to-end.
• Partner with IT and business owners to prioritize initiatives.
• Establish governance and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adoption of new processes and hand over to owners.
