Our client, a fast-growing multinational startup operating in the technology sector, is searching for a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is committed to building a diverse, agile, and high-performing tech workforce by delivering exceptional candidate experience, partnering closely with engineering and product teams, and continuously optimizing recruitment strategies to support the company’s rapid growth and technological leadership.

Collaborating with the team to understand hiring needs, conducting workforce analysis, and developing recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.

Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates using various job postings channels such as search firms, social media (such as LinkedIn), networking tools, and direct sourcing.

Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating the interview process with hiring managers to assess a candidate’s skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Facilitating the entire recruitment process, from conducting interviews and reference checks to support the onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting staffing needs.

Providing interpretation and counsel to Chief People & Culture Officer regarding recruitment policies, programs and practices.

Researching issues and developing solutions to resolve strategic recruitment business issues and drive proactive talent acquisition.

Oversee the global recruitment function in all regions, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in recruitment processes and practices.

Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global employment laws and regulations.

Stay informed about global recruitment trends, market conditions, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.

Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.

Managing the delivery of recruitment activities including recruitment market trends analysis, candidate selection, vendor management, analysis of recruitment metrics, budget control and other recruitment services.

Enhancing the organization's reputation and visibility as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives. A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field is valued as a solid foundation for the role.

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a relevant field, preferably in tech sector and international environment with a focus on the full recruitment life cycle and hiring processes across different regions (Europe, US…)
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools and technology, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resources information systems (HRIS), and other recruitment tools, is important to streamline the potential candidate selection processes for a global company.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations, including knowledge of local labour laws, equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations, and other relevant legal requirements for compliance when recruiting remote employees.
  • Proven ability to network, build relationships, and engage with candidates and industry professionals to attract top talent and expand the talent pool.
  • Experiencing in data analysis and reporting to measure recruitment metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to maintain employee retention and optimize hiring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 or equivalent).
  • Adaptability and flexibility - the ability to adapt to changing work priorities in a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks is key for managing the daily responsibilities of a talent acquisition specialist.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills - identify recruitment challenges, analyse options, and make informed decisions to overcome obstacles and achieve hiring goals.
  • Organizational skills - effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple open positions simultaneously, and maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the recruitment process.
