A healthcare coordination service in Spain is seeking a coordinator to manage patient journeys from arrival to recovery. This role involves liaising with hospitals and designing operational processes to enhance patient experience. Ideal candidates should have a background in healthcare management or hospitality and be fluent in Spanish and English. This full-time position is based in Valencia and offers flexibility and autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the full patient journey from arrival to recovery.
• Liaise with hospitals, surgeons, physiotherapists and partners to keep every step aligned.
• Ensure all patient information, logistics and updates are accurately reflected in our systems.
• Design, refine and maintain operational standards.
• Work with tech and creative teams to turn insights into materials.

Conocimientos

~ Work with the tech and creative teams to turn insights into scalable, digital and physical materials.

~ Education in healthcare management, hospitality or business administration.

~ Fluency in digital tools (Google, Pipedrive, AI solutions, Microsoft Office, etc…).

~ Native Spanish and fluent or native‑level English.
