Motus People seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to service and maintain state-of-the-art automation equipment at client sites in the Netherlands. You will diagnose issues, perform on-site repairs, and implement preventive maintenance to optimize uptime, reliability, and performance.

The role offers relocation support, a competitive base salary, and strong work-life balance with generous leave. 5+ years of hands-on experience and a technical Mechatronics/Engineering background are preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience servicing machinery, automation systems, or industrial equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and independent problem-solving ability.
• Excellent English communication in a technical environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and repair of complex machinery on customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns and resolve them on-site.
• Contribute to production uptime via preventive maintenance and improvements.
