Motus People is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for on-site work across the Netherlands. You’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize advanced automation equipment, diagnosing issues on customer sites and ensuring high uptime.
The role offers relocation support for international candidates, a strong work-life balance, and a competitive base salary of EUR 3,200–4,000 per month plus shift allowance. English communication is essential.
Formación
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with servicing machinery, automation systems, or industrial equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
- Communication skills in English and willingness to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Technical education in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a strong plus.
Responsabilidades
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of complex machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical-related breakdowns and resolve them on-site.
- Ensure production uptime through preventive maintenance and quality improvements.
