Capitole is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project, migrating four environments into a single target tenant, scaling to 4,000+ users. You will oversee delivery, manage resources, track budgets, and align with CTO/COO level stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years of large-scale IT project experience, strong wave planning and cutover management, and a PM certification. Fluent English is required, German is a plus, with remote work from Spain.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading large IT projects or M365 migrations.
• Proven ability to plan waves, manage cutovers, and coordinate multi-stakeholder teams.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) required.

Responsabilidades

• Overall delivery management and schedule tracking for the M365 consolidation project.
• Detailed planning, wave scheduling, and execution management of cutover activities.
• Steering internal and external project resources, including vendor performance and commercial management.
• Budget tracking, risk and dependency management, and regular executive reporting to CTO/COO level.
