Capitole is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the consolidation of four M365 environments into a single target tenant, overseeing delivery, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment across identity, mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, devices, and enterprise apps. The role requires 5+ years of M365 migration leadership, strong wave planning and cutover expertise, and PMP/PRINCE2 certification.

Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading M365 migrations or large IT infra projects.
• Experience in wave planning, cutover management and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Availability to work outside standard hours during cutover windows.

Responsabilidades

• Overall delivery management and schedule tracking for the M365 tenant consolidation project.
• Detailed planning, wave scheduling, and execution management of cutover activities.
• Steering internal and external project resources, including vendor performance and commercial management.
• Budget tracking, risk and dependency management, and regular executive reporting to CTO/COO level.
