Capitole seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project, merging four environments into one target tenant for 4,000+ users. You will oversee delivery, manage resources, budgets, and report to C-level stakeholders across identity, mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, devices, and apps.

Requirements include 5+ years in M365 migrations or large IT projects, wave planning and cutover experience, PM certification, and fluent English (German a plus).

Formación

• 5+ years leading M365 migrations or large IT projects.
• Proven wave planning, cutover management, and multi-stakeholder environments.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and track the schedule for the M365 tenant consolidation project.
• Plan waves, schedule cutovers, and manage execution.
• Steer internal and external resources including vendors and commercial management.
• Track budgets, risks and dependencies; report to CTO/COO level.
