The M&A Senior Lead will drive inorganic growth via acquisitions, partnerships and divestments, leading end-to-end transactions with senior executives and external advisers.

You'll combine strategic thinking, financial modeling and governance in a fast-paced, listed environment.

Formación

• 8–10+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related strategic finance.
• Proven experience leading complex M&A transactions from origination to close.
• Experience developing financial models, valuations and investment recommendations.
• Experience working with senior executives and Board-level stakeholders.
• International and cross-border transaction experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Origination and strategic development of HBX Group's inorganic growth opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end execution of acquisitions, divestments and strategic projects from assessment through closing.
• Coordinate internal teams and external advisers during the transaction process.
• Develop financial analyses and investment recommendations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture across Finance, Legal, Tax and Strategy.
