A leading logistics company is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the operations team in Vitoria, Spain. The ideal candidate must have over 4 years of experience in logistics management, a university degree, and be fluent in English and advanced in Spanish. Formación

  • More than 4 years of experience in logistics managing large teams.
  • Fluent English (B2) and advanced Spanish (C1) are required.
  • Experience in lean and continuous improvement is valuable.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the operations team and create a people-centered culture.
  • Ensure compliance with service quality and team management.
  • Be the main point of communication with the client.
  • Develop managerial teams and ensure proper leadership.
  • Supervise logistics processes including returns and reconditioning.
  • Maintain customer relations and respond to incidents.
  • Establish continuous improvement plans and lean culture.
  • Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Plan campaigns and resources based on client needs.
