A logistics solutions provider in Madrid is searching for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee a logistics operations centre. This role entails managing the operations team, ensuring service quality, and maintaining customer relations while leading improvements in logistics processes. Candidates should have over 4 years of logistics management experience, a university degree (ideally a Master's), and fluency in English and Spanish. This position is fully on-site.

Formación

• Over 4 years of experience in logistics management positions.
• Fluent in English (B2) and advanced level in Spanish (C1).
• Experience in Lean or Continuous improvement is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the logistics operations team and build a people-centred culture.
• Ensure quality service and team management coordination.
• Act as the main point of communication with the client.
• Develop leadership skills in team managers and members.
• Supervise and optimize logistics processes such as returns and product reconditioning.
• Maintain strong customer relations and respond to incidents.
• Establish a plan for continuous improvement and lean culture.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Plan campaigns and resources based on client needs.
