Multiverse Computing in Zaragoza, Spain, is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (LLM) to lead the design, implementation and improvement of language models using quantum and AI tech. You will work across cross-functional teams to integrate models into products, explore challenging domains, and contribute to cutting-edge NLP research.

The role offers relocation support, visa services, language courses, signing and relocation bonuses, and a hybrid work option.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing or fine-tuning deep learning models, preferably transformers.
• Strong Python and PyTorch with GPU training experience.
• Experience with cloud and Docker; AWS preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compression techniques for LLMs using quantum-inspired methods.
• Evaluate and benchmark model performance; fine-tune LLMs for accuracy and efficiency.
• Build LLM-based applications such as RAG and AI agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document results.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in code reviews.
• Stay updated with LLM trends and adopt new tools as appropriate.
