Fledge is seeking a senior AI Engineer with hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) to design and deploy robust AI-powered solutions. You will focus on evaluating and improving model performance, tuning workflows, and building scalable backend systems and APIs.

Formación

• Proven experience with LLMs (e OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph).
• Strong Python programming skills preferred.
• Experience evaluating, experimenting with, and tuning AI models/solutions.
• Experience designing and using evaluation frameworks for AI systems, esp. LLMs.
• Familiar with backend development, RESTful APIs and scalable design.
• Knowledge of ML concepts/tools (e.g., PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product, design and legal to design LLM-based solutions for complex problems.
• Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for AI features.
• Develop tools/workflows for data extraction, semantic search and document analysis.
• Implement agentic flows and enable tool use within AI systems.
• Create evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure performance/quality of AI systems.
• Use evaluation results to drive iterative improvements and tuning.
