Hired is seeking a Senior Python Developer to support a foundational LLM company in enhancing large language models. You will design, develop, and maintain Python code to train and optimize AI models, and lead supervised fine-tuning with high-quality data.

You will evaluate model responses, rank outputs, and collaborate with researchers and annotators to refine reward models using RLHF. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI research in a global leadership context.

• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-quality Python code to train and optimize AI models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of evaluation strategies and benchmarking processes for AI models.

Ability to design and implement Python code for data generation and model optimization.

Familiarity with AI model response evaluation and ranking methodologies.
