A leading IT outsourcing firm is looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead initiatives in fine-tuning large-scale AI models and build distributed AI architectures. The role is fully remote with some in-person sessions in Prague. Key qualifications include advanced skills in Python, deep learning, and experience deploying LLMs. Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of cloud platforms and multi-agent systems.

Formación

• Experience deploying LLMs into production environments at scale.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and data engineering.
• Experience with agent-based systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead initiatives involving fine-tuning large-scale models for specialized tasks.
• Building multi-agent architectures for distributed AI functionality.
• Design AI-first features involving feedback loops.
