Scopely’s Barcelona studio seeks a Senior Development Manager to drive LiveOps quality and operational excellence across global game titles. You will partner with Game Teams, Engineering, and Product leaders to ensure releases meet the high player experience standards.

You’ll guide the LiveOps lifecycle, from campaign configuration and QA/testing to deployment, telemetry validation and real-time performance monitoring, while evolving release frameworks and tooling.

Formación

• Experience managing live-service games on mobile or multi‑platforms.
• Proven ability to drive large process changes across matrixed teams without direct authority.
• Strong background in technical program management, release engineering, or technical production.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and deployment of our global LiveOps Quality OS across studios.
• Oversee live-ops releases from concept through post-launch monitoring.
• Define standardized release frameworks and deployment processes across titles.
