Qualifications

• Law degree required.

• Experience reviewing B2B contracts and commercial docs.
• Experience handling difficult negotiations and protecting company interests.
• Familiarity with multiple jurisdictions' contract practices.
• Fluent English and Russian (C1 minimum).
• Experience using AI tools for contract analysis and writing prompts.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate commercial contracts and waivers for US market.
