• Nice-to-have: knowledge of Italian, French, Portuguese, or Spanish.

We are looking for :

As a Senior Legal Counsel you will have responsibility for the legal affairs of the company. Your role includes providing legal counsel to the board of directors, chief executive officers, and other senior management. This is a position that focuses on the legal department but you will also be responsible for providing valid business solutions to arising problems.

Your responsibilities include :

• Examine and draft, Informed consents, T&C’s, IT, real estate, GDPR agreements, TPA, give legal advice to the different departments of the company, coordinate external international lawyers, preserve business records like minutes of meetings, support legal proceedings.
• Give accurate legal direction to the office staff on all matters that influence the organisation. Regarding medical device regulations, including classifications, labelling requirements, and marketing restrictions if applicable.
• Product and Service Risk Assessment : Deal with the compliance, risk management for in‑house counsel and other legal administrators groups.
• Attend official level meetings identified with the future aspect of the organisation.
• Create rental agreements, contracts with partners, providers, and coordinate them with external lawyers.
• Corporate governance practices. Manage complex issues with different stakeholders and powers. Board materials.
• Keep up with the current knowledge of adjustments in an enactment, regulation & laws.
• Solidify and draft contracts, privacy policy, agreements, terms and conditions, and other legal documents.
• Support the expansion team in order to help landings in other countries.
• Research on a variety of legal issues that could impact the company.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations applicable to the company’s products, services, and operations. This includes local, national, and international regulations.
• Monitoring and updating health regulations across all relevant jurisdictions to ensure that the company stays current with regulatory.
• Overseeing the advertising and promotion of products to ensure that marketing materials do not violate advertising laws and comply with regulations for medical devices.

Requirements :

• Full professional English and German proficiency;
• A qualified lawyer with 3+ years of experience.
• Nice-to-have experience in a consulting firm or a fast-growing in‑house corporation.
• Nice-to-have knowledge of other languages like Italian, French Portuguese, Spanish or German.
• Self‑motivated with excellent analytical and organisational skills.
• Outstanding negotiation and research skills.
