We are looking for
Senior Legal Counsel

You will have responsibility for the legal affairs of the company. Your role includes providing legal counsel to the board of directors, chief executive officers, and other senior management. This position focuses on the legal department but also requires providing valid business solutions to arising problems.

Your responsibilities include
  • Examine and draft legal documents
  • Informed consents
  • T&C’s
  • IT agreements
  • Real estate contracts
  • GDPR agreements
  • TPA
  • Give legal advice to different departments of the company
  • Coordinate external international lawyers
  • Preserve business records such as minutes of meetings
  • Support legal proceedings
  • Give accurate legal direction to office staff on all matters influencing the organisation
  • Provide advice on medical device regulations, including classifications, labelling requirements, and marketing restrictions if applicable
  • Product and Service Risk Assessment: Deal with compliance and risk management for in‑house counsel and other legal administrators
  • Attend official level meetings identified with the future aspect of the organisation
  • Create rental agreements, contracts with partners and providers, and coordinate with external lawyers
  • Corporate governance practices: manage complex issues with different stakeholders and powers; prepare board materials
  • Keep up‑to‑date with adjustments in enactments, regulations and laws
  • Solidify and draft contracts, privacy policies, agreements, terms and conditions, and other legal documents
  • Support the expansion team to facilitate market entry in other countries
  • Research various legal issues that could impact the company
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for the company’s products, services, and operations at all levels
  • Monitor and update health regulations across relevant jurisdictions
  • Oversee advertising and promotion of products to ensure marketing materials comply with advertising laws and medical device regulations
Requirements
  • Full professional English and German proficiency
  • A qualified lawyer with 3+ years of experience
  • Nice‑to‑have experience in a consulting firm or a fast‑growing in‑house corporation
  • Nice‑to‑have knowledge of other languages such as Italian, French, Portuguese, Spanish or German
  • Self‑motivated with excellent analytical and organisational skillsOutstanding negotiation and research skills
