Bounteous is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to work with enterprise clients in Madrid to design, build, and deploy production-grade generative AI solutions, agents, and RAG workflows from scoping through deployment.

You will lead architecture decisions, evaluate LLM/SLM options, and collaborate with CTOs and engineering teams, applying skills in Python/TypeScript and agentic tooling to deliver measurable value.

Formación

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years building LLM-powered applications in production.
• Experience building skills libraries for AI agents.
• Hands-on with agentic AI tools (Claude Code or similar), plus agents, tool use, MCP, and RAG architectures.
• Writes and reviews code with AI daily, and is eager to help customers adopt the same way of working.
• Proven track record designing and running evals (benchmarks, LLM-as-judge, HITL).
• Strong grasp of LLM/SLM trade-offs, context engineering, and agentic engineering practices.
• Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; strong client-facing communication.

Responsabilidades

Senior AI Engineer

Location: Madrid (preferable), Spain

Type: 2 months, Contract to Hire/Full-time

The Role

Work directly with enterprise clients to design, build, and ship production-grade generative AI solutions, agents, RAG systems, and AI-powered workflows, from scoping through deployment.
