A leading tech company is seeking a National Account Manager in Madrid, Spain. The role involves managing relationships with retail partners, leading negotiations on pricing and promotions, and analyzing sales data. Manage and grow relationships with leading retail partners, as well as other key channels, through phone, email, video, social media, and in-person meetings.
Build strong cross‑functional relationships with key customer stakeholders across commercial, buying, supply chain, operations, and store support teams.
Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, and supply terms to drive Net Sales and Operational Profit.
Analyse sales data, generate forecasts, and manage budgets to optimize performance.
Work closely with the Operations team to align demand planning with inventory availability.
Provide accurate, timely reports to the Sales Leader and relevant internal departments.
Collaborate across teams, including Marketing, Product Management, Sales Admin, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.
