Getnet Platforms, part of Santander Payment Solutions, seeks a Senior Software Engineer for Madrid CORE team. You will design, build, and enhance core components powering the Payments Hub, using Java and Spring, with a focus on scalable, resilient services.

We value mentoring, strong code quality, and collaboration with DevOps/SRE. The role supports hybrid work, 60% on-site, and integration across global teams in a payments ecosystem.

Formación

• 7–10+ years in software engineering or backend development.
• Strong Java and Spring ecosystem experience required.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend services in Java with Spring Boot.
• Develop cross-cutting components to support multiple teams.
• Apply resilience patterns for robust distributed systems.
• Drive software quality with automated testing and reviews.
• Collaborate with DevOps/SRE on observability and cloud practices.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards.
