Salve.Inno Consulting seeks a hands-on Senior Java Engineer to provide technical leadership across multiple backend services. You will design, build and ship production code in a cloud-native environment using Java and Python.

Collaborate with Product Owners and DevOps to translate requirements into scalable architectures across several microservices, mentoring peers and driving best practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Extensive Java experience.
• Design and develop microservices or distributed systems.
• Production Python code experience.
• Strong AWS cloud architecture knowledge.
• Kubernetes and Docker hands-on.
• REST API design/integration.
• SQL and relational databases.
• CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.
• Influence architecture and lead technical decisions.
• Code reviews and mentoring engineers.
• Strong testing, maintainability and production code quality.
• Work across multiple services with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication with tech and product stakeholders.
• English proficiency C1+.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs, primarily in Java
• Write production-quality code as a core part of your daily work
• Contribute to Python services and codebases when required
• Work across approximately three to four interconnected microservices
• Make and influence technical and architectural decisions
• Break down complex requirements and guide their technical implementation
• Review code and establish strong engineering standards
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance without formal line-management responsibility
• Collaborate with Product Owners to evaluate requirements, trade-offs and delivery approaches
• Build and operate cloud-native services, primarily on AWS
• Deploy and run containerised applications using Kubernetes and Docker
• Work with DevOps engineers on CI/CD, deployment, scalability and reliability
• Use data, analytics and operational insights to support technical decisions
• Contribute to testing, documentation and continuous improvement throughout the SDLC
• Support the adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools and solutions where appropriate
